A tipster has sent us photos of the aftermath of the Isabella’s Oven eviction. As we had heard before, it isn’t pretty. A lawyer’s memo to shareholders of the Seward Park Housing Corporation recounts how Isabella’s owner, Teresa Rizzo-Marino, agreed, in court, to vacate the space without damaging it and pay $77,602.50 in back rent, but according to the memo, that’s not exactly how it played out:

When management was given access, the space Isabella’s vacated was determined to be structurally damaged and vandalized. The restaurant’s interior had been substantially demolished including fittings, plumbing, ductwork, plus partial demolition of the patio, and threatening and derogatory graffiti was sprayed onto interior walls. The Board of Directors, of course, will take all necessary actions to obtain lawful financial reimbursements on behalf of SPHC in this matter.

See the slideshow for a tour of the destruction and a copy of the memo, but be warned that the graffiti isn’t for the easily offended.
