Di Fara Reopens, Rosario’s Gets Ready to Do the Same

The good people of Di Fara tell us that the pizzeria is up and running! They just closed to take a short break, but will reopen at 6 p.m. Pie man Dom DeMarco is in a leg brace, but standing and making pizzas — he’ll be closing early for a while (“it would be nice to get the last order in by 8:30 or 8:45,” we were told), so get there at a reasonable hour. Meanwhile, Lost City reports that Rosario’s Pizza, the longtime Lower East Side go-to (and by go-to we mean staggering-drunkenly-to), is on the way back from its Health Department shuttering.
