Just because Donatella Arpaia drives a yellow Lambo doesn’t mean she doesn’t feel your pain. Instead of turning the second floor of Anthos into a fancy banquet room, she and Michael Psilakis are opening it on Thursday night as Anthos Upstairs: “It will serve lunch Monday to Friday and dinner Monday to Saturday. Dishes will be from $9 to $15, making it a bit more expensive than Kefi but more affordable than Anthos.” [Diner’s Journal/NYT]
