Back Forty’s first Tuesday-night crab boil of the season is already booked up — if you want to get in on the next one, keep in mind that reservations are accepted (via Back Forty’s website) starting 10 a.m. the previous Wednesday. In a way, the process seems more frustrating than Ko’s, since you’ll have to wait for a callback to find out whether you got a seat at one of the communal tables, but at least you stand a decent chance if you act fast. Forty dollars gets you crabs, sides, and dessert.
