The latest rolling restaurant? A “northern European vending truck” that’s looking for staffers on Craigslist: “We will be specializing in Northern European comfort food — Belgian Fries, Fish and Chips, Swedish Meatballs, Bangers and Mash, as well as drinks, candy, and whatnot. The truck will be permanently located on a private lot in Williamsburg, four blocks from the Bedford L stop.” The ad, which promises $10 an hour, says the year-round truck is “just opening” — we’ll be on the lookout, and we’ll let you know once details come in.
