The light is so good in the summer that it makes food videos look even more delectable than usual. We’ve got two today. The first is a Serious Eats profile of Greenmarket farmer Rick Bishop of Mountain Sweet Berry Farm. In this Ken Burns–esque treatment, look for cameos from Dan Barber and Alex Guarnaschelli, and then daydream about being a farmer and working every day in a place that’s so lush and alive. The second video, by Liza de Guia, is about urban beekeeping on Brooklyn rooftops. The hive has a great view.
