Back in July, it was reported that Soho standby Café Noir had managed to work things out with its landlord and planned to renew its lease for a year rather than moving to a new location. Well, the news is even better now: The owners just signed a ten-year lease at the current location and to celebrate, they’re throwing a party next Monday. From 6 p.m. till 8 p.m., tapas as well as mojitos, sangria, and beer will be free, and after 8 p.m., all drinks are 2-for-1. Must’ve been a pretty sweet deal.
