Add this to the reservation number published in the magazine yesterday: Danny Meyer’s Maialino has an opening date and it’s tomorrow. Initially the trattoria will take limited reservations for dinner only, and hours will be Monday through Thursday 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Eventually she’ll be open on Sundays, too, and serve lunch and breakfast. Again, 212-777-2410 is the number to call. It was busy the few times we tried, so maybe reacquaint yourself with the menu while you redial — and nota bene, walk-ins are welcome to dine in the bar area, open Monday through Saturday, 5 p.m. till midnight.
