Here Come the Vegivores

Summer — and its Greenmarket bounty — might be over and done with, but veggie culture is hot hot hot at restaurants around the city. In this week’s issue of New York, the Robs look at the rise of “vegivorism,” a term that, the Robs say, “connotes fervid vegetable love rather than ardent meat hate.” To prove their point, they even round up thirteen of the most produce-friendly places in town.
