Faustina to Close Tomorrow

Over on Diner’s Journal, Scott Conant tells Flo Fab that he’ll close Faustina, his restaurant in the Cooper Square Hotel, tomorrow. He says it’s because the hotel has been sold and the new owners want to run the restaurant themselves. But it doesn’t sound like Conant’s too broken up, considering he runs five Scarpetta outposts (have you heard they have awesome spaghetti there?) and a wine bar in Vegas: “I think I have enough on my plate,” he told the Times.
