Eddie Huang, who recently took the Post on a tour of Chinatown and who is throwing a series of Chinese New Year dinners that has already lured Sam Sifton, will be the first in a series of Asian-influenced guest chefs at the Brooklyn Flea; he’ll be serving a version of his new TV dinners on Sunday, and other chefs chosen in conjunction with the Luckyrice festival (to be announced later) will appear once a month till April.
