Back in January, Daniel Holzman and Michael Chernow announced on Jimmy Fallon that they were opening a West Village location of the Meatball Shop this summer. Now the agenda for Community Board 2’s April 7 licensing meeting is out and we see the duo is going for six outdoor tables (nine seats) at 64 Greenwich Avenue. But more intriguing: Stephen Starr is planning something at the Puck Building, which confirms Post rumors from back in February. (The Beatrice boys were the last to have designs on on the space.) Other projects going for booze include Parm, Il Buco’s market and wine bar, and Laura Maniec’s Corkbuzz.
