The enchanting Vinegar Hill House is growing its miniature monopoly in the enchanting Vinegar Hill neighborhood; Brownstowner reports that Brooklyn’s Community Board 2 will support its bid for a liquor license next door, which is “going to be a café.” Jean Adamson tells us she’s “still conceptualizing the space” and won’t have details for another month or so, but she confirms that her Rockaway Beach boardwalk project (not affiliated with Vinegar Hill House) will open May 28.
