After the half-century-old Pink Tea Cup closed in January 2010 only to be revived a year ago on Seventh Avenue South, today comes word that the restaurant will relocate again open another branch. New owner Lawrence Page plans to open this fall on Lenox Avenue in Harlem, keeping the name and more or less the same menu. “A lot of people … said they were tired of coming all the way downtown for our soul food,” Page told DNA Info. Correction: While DNA Info originally reported that the restaurant was “relocating,” a call to the Pink Tea Cup informs us the Harlem location will be a second branch.
