The Salumè kiosk has been open for a little while in Times Square, but tomorrow, another of the winning bidders will roll up its shutter: Argentine empanada newcomer Nuchas. The mini-meat-pies go for just three bucks a pop and fillings include short rib, pulled pork, or Portobellos. Nuchas will be open from 7 a.m to 2 a.m., so pretty much anytime you might experience a precipitous blood-sugar drop owing to Times Square sidewalk rage. See the full menu below.
