Today in Boîte, the latest underground, school-night scene is revealed — a groovy, late-night party called Pollo, happening every other Monday night at Pulqueria in Chinatown — and yes, it is literally underground (aren’t they always?). The best part is, it doesn’t matter who you are, or who you are sleeping with know, because there’s no doorman, no list, and everyone who can find it and can take it is invited. Speaking of Pulqueria, we hear an exquisito, all-day brunch is kicking off this weekend. Wild! [NYT]
