Ludlow Manor has been a drama magnet from the start, and now the owners are hoping to clean the slate with a new menu, image, and name. Tonight, the former Ludlow Manor venue will open as the DL. Less on the DL is the announcement that Luc Carl is not the least bit involved. Because liabilities who love great hair only really work in the music business.
