Simpson Wong’s new “locavore Asian” spring menu includes Rhode Island black bass with broccoli rabe and a spicy Tamarind sauce, and a grass-fed steak sourced from Rosenkrans Farm in Lake Cayuga with crushed fingerlings, Chinese leeks, and pickled cucumber.
