It’s a real bummer for downtown Brooklyn, but Harold Dieterle and Alicia Nosenzo have announced that they’re uprooting their Marrow project in downtown Brooklyn’s Hotel 718 and likely relocating to the old Paris Commune space at 99 Bank Street.
