Brian Smith, owner of the well-loved Prospect Heights ice-cream shop Ample Hills Creamery — which we hear is working on a second location — has signed a deal for his first cookbook, to feature “more than 75 recipes for homemade ice cream, cookies, bars, and toppings,” according to Publishers Marketplace (subscription required).
