The neon-gleaming, eleven-year-old hot-dog emporium on St. Marks that spawned a Williamsburg outpost last year has now added a food truck to the mix, Midtown Lunch reports. The new truck, which will be used primarily for special events, debuted over the weekend at the New York City Wine & Food Festival, but that doesn’t stop the guys from teasing (we think they’re teasing, anyhow) that the truck contains a special trap door to a hidden bar, à la PDT. We’re going to guess shifting into “sixth” gear opens a trap door on the passenger side floor. [Midtown Lunch, Crif Dogs/Twitter]
